1/2 Cup butter or margarine, softened 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves 4 sandwich rolls, split 1 lb. deli-style turkey or ham
3/4 Cup mayonnaise 3/4 tsp. tarragon 2 cups broccoli flowerets 1 med. sliced 1/4" red onion, separated into rings Monterey Jack cheese
Heat broiler. In small bowl, stir together butter and 1/2
tsp. tarragon; spread on cut bread. Divide turkey (or ham) among the slices of bread. In small bowl stir together mayonnaise and 3/4 tsp. tarragon; spread over turkey (or ham), top with broccoli and onion rings.
Place sandwiches on cookie sheet. Broil 3-4" from broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese; broil 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
